However as the dust began to clear, the unstable pillars justifying the invasion quickly began to crumble as fact upon fact refuted the claims produced by the Bush Administration. In retrospect, it has become obvious that the United States was falsely pushed into several states of fear in so that the illegal invasion of Iraq would appear legitimate in the eyes of the citizen.
